Administrative History	Opened in 1976 as an ecumenical church for the Hallwood area of Runcorn New Town (formerly in Runcorn and Halton parishes). It became a parish church in 1980, serving the Beechwood estate area of Runcorn New Town. Runcorn Bethesda Church opened in 1973 as an ecumenical church. In 1980 it became part of Hallwood parish for Church of England services.
